Your logo or brand name can be applied to our products by sticking or engraving. Please email us the artwork in JPEG or TIFF format.
If you would like your logo or brand name printed on the product packaging (custom-designed packaging), please send us the artwork in AI, EPS, TIFF, or CorelDraw format (300 dpi).

We can provide samples in small quantities, either based on your design or using our existing models. If you have a FedEx, DHL, or another collectable courier account and agree to cover the shipping cost, we will offer a 50% rebate of the sample charge in your future official order.
If you do not have a courier account, you may arrange your own courier to pick up the samples from our company, or you can send us the sample cost together with the courier fee via T/T, Alipay, or WeChat Pay.

You can send us your purchase order by email. Alternatively, you may request a Proforma Invoice from us before confirming your order.
To process your order efficiently, please provide the following information:

A small trial order is perfectly acceptable for test marketing. You can send us your specific requirements as a formal order by email.
You may also place your order directly by email, as long as it includes the detailed product specifications and any other transaction requirements.

Most of our products use a knock-down (KD) structure for easy transportation and storage. However, we can also provide pre-assembled products upon customer request.

Small items are usually shipped by air, medium-sized orders can be shipped as LCL (less than container load), and large orders are shipped in full containers. We can also adjust the shipping method according to your specific requirements.

Here is a simple step-by-step explanation of the payment and import procedures:

1. Payment Process
After your order is confirmed, we will issue a Proforma Invoice with all transaction details and our bank information.

• You can visit your local bank and arrange the 30% deposit (down payment) via T/T to the bank account shown on the invoice.
• Once production is completed, you can arrange the remaining 70% balance by T/T.
• After receiving the balance, we will load the goods and ship the container to your designated port.
• If you have online banking, you may also complete all transfers directly online.

2. Import Procedures
Once the container arrives at your port, we will provide you with the contact information of the local shipping agent. You can contact them to assist with cargo pickup.
To clear customs, you will need the following documents, which we will provide:

• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Bill of Lading
• Certificate of Origin

These documents are sufficient for your local agent to complete the customs clearance process.
